Where is my package? I received a notification that your package has been delivered, but you haven't seen it.
Wait a Short While:
Sometimes, USPS may mark a package as delivered even if it arrives a day or two later (I'm not sure why, but it happens).
Please be patient and wait 24-48 hours business before taking further action to see if it gets delivered.
Check Nearby Locations:
Look around your property carefully, including porches, backyards, and areas near mailboxes.
Check with neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package.
Contact USPS:
If your package still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, file a claim with the USPS by visiting their website here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm .
Follow the instructions on the website to file a claim.
Please also email us to communicate you've taken action and that your package has not arrived. We are also happy to help if needed!
Note: If you suspect your package was stolen, filing a claim with the USPS is crucial for investigation.
How long does shipping typically take?
- Most eReader case orders ship within 1 business day.
- Most apparel items ship within 2 business days.
- iPad and phone cases ship within 2 business days.
Standard shipping times apply after that. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
Pre-orders or Specialty Items: Shipping times may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping details.

When will I receive my preorder?
Preorder timeframes vary depending on the product(s) that were purchased. The best place to check the preorder timeline is the product page. We will specify in the product description when it will be shipping out.
Once shipped, you'll receive a notification and tracking information.

Product Care FAQ
What is the difference between a clear back and a standard full back case?
Key Features of Both Case Types:
- Magnetic auto wake/sleep function
- Hand strap
- Kickstand
- Card slot
- Full case protection with a flexible fit (silicon or TPU) for a snug and durable fit
- Front: Made of vegan, PU leather
- Back: Made of silicon on clear back or TPU on standard full cover
Clear Back Cases:
- Feature a transparent back, allowing you to customize them with stickers, photos, or inserts
- Maintain the auto wake/sleep function with a front magnet
- There are only magnets on the front cover, so the front cover will not magnetically snap onto the back of the case when fully open
Standard Full Cover Cases:
- Have a fully covered back with the design extending to the rear
- Include built-in magnets on both the front and back for a secure snap-to-close function
How do I clean my case?
Your eReader case is designed to be cute and durable. Similar to any product that is used frequently, general wear and tear is normal. If you find it necessary to clean your case, we recommend the following cleaning method.
Gentle Cleaning:
Use a slightly damp, soft cloth (like a microfiber cloth or a soft washcloth) to gently wipe down the case.
Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive pressure, as this can damage the design.
If You Upgraded Your Case With a Protective Sealer:
Clean the upgraded protective sealer with the same gentle method as stated above.
If you feel you may have applied too much pressure or rubbed off the protective sealant, you can reapply it:
Once the case is completely dry, lightly apply a thin layer of Mod Podge to the entire case.
Lay the case flat and allow it to dry completely before attaching your eReader.
Important Notes:
Avoid exposing your case to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods.
Our cases are water resistant but should not be submerged in water.

The design on my case is starting to fade, what should I do?
Our UV printing process creates a long-lasting design on your case. While this method is highly durable, consistent rubbing or friction can lead to fading, particularly in tight spaces. To minimize wear and tear, we offer an optional protective sealer that can be added during checkout.
If you've already purchased your case, consider applying a water-based sealer like Mod Podge to safeguard your design from everyday wear and tear.
The stitching on the corners is starting to fray, what should I do?
Our cases are double-stitched at the beginning and end of each seam to provide extra durability. While this method is highly effective, some minor fraying may occur over time, especially in areas of high stress. To minimize this, you can apply a small amount of glue or a sealer like Mod Podge to the fraying area.
Returns & Exchanges FAQ
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused. Contact us at paige@paigecreating.com to start the return process.

What items are not returnable?
Gift cards, apparel, and iPad cases are not returnable unless defective (e.g., misprint)
Do I get a full refund?
Yes, for approved returns, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price (minus original or return shipping costs).
How long does it take to get a refund?
We will process your return within 10 business days of receiving it. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it's damaged, contact us immediately at paige@paigecreating.com with photos and details. We will work to resolve the issue.
